Booths are limited in
quantity.We try to
accommodate every merchant’s requested booth size and booth location but are
not always able to do so.Booth
assignments will be based on *prompt payment in full* once accepted to the
marketplace. You may pay your booth deposit or invoice balance through PayPal, but
please note that all PayPal transactions include additional fees and that funds will be returned
(minus fees) if you are not accepted to the
marketplace first.

Dias
Festivos Marketplace 2012 will be held: Thursday, December 6th through Sunday,
December 9th.Merchants
must schedule their booth set up for Wednesday, December 5th (afternoon)
or Thursday, December 6th (morning).The Dias Festivos
Marketplaceshopping hours are tentatively set for: Thursday 7-9, Friday 10-6, Saturday 9-6, Sunday 11-5.Booth dismantling is not
allowed before 5pm on Sunday.
Booth
fees for each 10’ x 10’ space are: Standard
$550, Corner $650, Prime $750. Electrical outlet is included in price of booth. Pipe
and drape are
included
in the price of the booth.
Pipe and drape are red.
All Merchant Applications go through a review process; selections
are made to achieve the best variety of gifts, food, artwork and crafts.If your Merchant
Application is approved, you will receive a Contract and Invoice which must be returned with your tax certificate
and full payment to the Junior League of McAllen.A separate emailing will contain information from the event
decorators.
